Use only necessary information

An initial enquiry should describe your goals, service needs and relevant deadlines. Avoid including identity numbers, financial information, unpublished research data or confidential institutional records in a public message.

Sensitive documents

Applicant, research and institutional documents must be securely handled and must never be placed in public galleries. Do not upload sensitive documents through media-library links, public comments or other public website areas.

Authorized disclosure

Referral, institutional liaison and application communication should take place only within the agreed scope and with the necessary authorization. Share only the information required for that purpose.

Online intake status

The Contact and Partnership forms collect the information you enter so AGES can assess and respond to your enquiry. Messages are routed to the website’s administrative email recipient. The partnership form accepts only an optional non-confidential organizational profile (PDF, maximum 3 MB); uploaded files are attached to the enquiry email and removed from the form’s temporary upload area after processing. These forms do not add submitted files to the public media library.

Sensitive data and privacy requests

Do not submit sensitive identity, banking, student, personnel, legal or confidential research records through these initial-enquiry forms. Use the Contact form to request information about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or to raise a privacy question. Operational retention periods and any additional processing terms must be established before sensitive-document intake is offered. Email copies may be retained in the recipient’s mailbox while the enquiry is handled.
