Partner with ACADEFIX

Collaboration areas
Proposals may cover education/admissions referrals, institutional representation, articulation, exchange, research collaboration, publishing, training, institutional capacity and industry connections. Define the proposed scope, target markets and responsibilities rather than assuming authorization or endorsement.
Prepare your partnership proposal
- Organization name and type; country/jurisdiction; website
- Contact person, official email and phone/WhatsApp
- Proposed partnership category and nature of services/programs
- Target markets and authorization/status information
- Existing relevant credentials or partnerships
- Collaboration proposal and expected benefits
- Organization profile
- Authorization or registration evidence where appropriate
- Partnership proposal or concept note
- Preferred meeting method and consent/declaration
Proposal submission and secure documents
Use the partnership enquiry form below to introduce your organization and proposed collaboration. You may attach a non-confidential organizational profile as a PDF up to 3 MB. Identity documents, confidential registration evidence and sensitive records must be shared separately through an agreed channel. An enquiry does not establish a partnership.
From proposal to agreement
- Clarify the organization, its authority and proposed collaboration.
- Review the scope, relevant credentials and mutual expectations.
- Agree responsibilities, permitted representation and disclosure requirements.
- Activate any arrangement only after the necessary formal agreement.
Relationship transparency
Formal partners must be distinguished from referral or resource listings. Future affiliate, referral or paid relationships must be disclosed. Third-party logos require permission; inclusion in a category does not imply endorsement.
